On Monday, June 29, Ukrainians are advised to use electricity wisely due to increased load on the power grid during hot weather conditions.

Energy experts have called for the use of powerful electrical appliances to be shifted to the period between 10:00 and 16:00 , when industrial solar power plants operate most efficiently.
At the same time, the company noted the need for maximum energy efficiency in the evenings— from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM —when the load on the power grid is greatest.
“Please limit the use of high-power electrical appliances and use electricity as sparingly as possible in the evening hours – from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. This is the period of greatest stress on the power grid during hot weather,” Ukrenergo noted.
The company emphasized that shifting consumption to daytime hours will help reduce the load on the power grid and maintain the stable operation of the power system.
As a reminder, due to abnormal heat and increased load on the power grid, several regions in Ukraine are introducing hourly power outages. Specifically, restrictions have been announced in the Ivano-Frankivsk, Zaporizhia, and Cherkasy regions.
