Ukrzaliznytsia has partially rerouted trains #227 Barvinkove-Ivano-Frankivsk and #102 Kherson-Barvinkove due to overnight Russian shelling in the Kharkiv region, which caused damage to railway infrastructure.

The UZ press service reported this.

“The detour means additional travel time for passengers. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience. However, we will deliver you safely,” the department said.

In addition, UZ reported that morning trains on the Dnipro route are already running on schedule.

“Unfortunately, a number of train cars and our infrastructure were damaged in Dnipro, but we are finding the resources to continue service,” the transport department added.

Additionally, morning commuter train services to Berestyn are partially restricted until restoration work is completed. This applies to trains from Kharkiv, Orelka, Merefa, and Poltava-Yuzhnaya.

As a reminder, the Russian army attacked several regions of Ukraine with attack drones and Iskander-M ballistic missiles . Most of the hostile targets were shot down by air defense forces.
