Due to safety concerns, Ukrzaliznytsia has imposed temporary restrictions on train service in the Sumy, Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Zaporizhia regions. In areas where rail service is unavailable, passengers are provided with bus transfers.

According to operational information as of February 20, regional trains are temporarily running:
• in Konotop
• from Konotop
The company noted that monitoring teams are working in an enhanced mode, and traffic is being maintained in all accessible areas, taking into account the security situation.
Kharkiv and Donetsk regions
On the section from Lozovaya in the direction of Kramatorsk, passengers are transported by buses.
At the same time, regional express trains on the Izyum route run according to schedule.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
Between the cities of Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia, transportation is primarily carried out using bus carriers.
Individual flights are planned to be operated:
• in Zaporizhzhia
• from Zaporozhye
The company emphasized that the schedule depends on the security situation.
