Ukrzaliznytsia announced the temporary suspension of ticket sales through its official website and mobile app.
The company’s press service reported this on Facebook .
As the company’s press service noted, a technical failure occurred with the internet provider.
Therefore, the company’s online services, including the mobile app and website for purchasing tickets, are unavailable.
The announcement notes that services are planned to resume soon. For now, tickets can only be purchased at train station ticket offices.
