After a massive combined attack by Russian troops on the Kyiv region, dead bodies were found on the territory of a railway platform near the attacked logistics centers. Emergency and restoration work is ongoing in the Brovary district, and train traffic on the damaged section has not yet been restored.

“After the horrific night attack on the logistics infrastructure in the Kyiv region, the work of operational services and restoration work in the Brovary district continues, and further information will be provided on the resumption of traffic.
“According to operational information, there are dead bodies found on the territory of the railway platform near the attacked logistics centers,” the report says.
Ukrzaliznytsia noted that during the night attack, train traffic and station operations were temporarily suspended. For the safety of passengers and railway employees, an evacuation was carried out.
The company emphasized that they continue to operate in a special mode during the massive Russian shelling, apologized to passengers for possible delays, and promised to separately inform about the resumption of traffic in the damaged area.
It was previously reported that on the night of August 5, Russian forces carried out a combined missile and drone attack on Kyiv. The shelling killed one person and injured 24 others, 15 of whom were hospitalized.
In addition, after the night attack, air quality in the capital deteriorated significantly due to large-scale fires caused by Russian strikes.
