At the Defense Tech Valley 2025 innovation summit in Lviv, Ukraine showcased a new generation of defense technologies, highlighted by the premiere of the TOLOKA underwater drone, available in three variants with different capabilities and ranges.

The event itself was confirmed by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

During the Lviv exhibition, visitors were presented with a wide range of Ukrainian innovations, including drones, ground platforms, communication systems, and modern transport. Particular attention was given to the TOLOKA series of underwater drones, designed for maritime operational tasks.

According to Defense Express, the drones have the following characteristics:

    • TLK-150 — length 2.5 m, range up to 100 km, electric traction, can carry up to 50 kg;

    • TLK-400 — length 4–6 m, range up to 1200 km, load capacity up to 500 kg;

    • TLK-1000 is the largest version, up to 12 m long, with a range of up to 2,000 km and a load capacity of up to 5 tons.

In total, the summit was attended by over 5,000 delegates from 50 countries around the world. Over $100 million in deals were signed on the first day of the event (approximately UAH 4 billion).

It was previously reported that Fire Point, the company that created the Flamingo missile, has already reached a production rate of 50 units of this weapon per month. By the end of the year, the company plans to achieve a new record – to produce about seven missiles per day.

In addition, data on the technical characteristics of the Ukrainian drone-missile “Palyanytsya” has recently appeared. The armament weighs about 320 kg, of which up to 100 kg is the combat load. The drone-missile is capable of hitting targets at a distance of up to 650 km, which covers most of the key military facilities of the Russian Federation, and flying at an altitude of 15 to 500 meters makes it difficult for air defense systems to intercept it.
