Up to $10 million: US offers reward for information on Iran’s leader and leadership

The US State Department has offered a reward of up to $10 million for information on Iran’s new Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, and other Iranian officials who the US has linked to the activities of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

It is noted that Derdep has announced a reward for information that can help determine the whereabouts or obtain data on Mojtaba Khamenei and other Iranian officials. The maximum reward is $10 million.
The list of people for whom a reward for information is being offered includes 10 Iranian officials. Among them are:
- Iran’s Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei;
- Iranian Interior Minister Eskandar Momeni;
- Iran’s Minister of Intelligence and Security Esmail Khatib;
- Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran Ali Larijani.
The US State Department statement notes that these individuals are associated with the activities of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
“These individuals command various elements of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, which plans, organizes, and carries out terrorist acts around the world,” the US State Department said in a statement.
