Up to half a million hryvnia per month – Yuzhanina named new salaries in the Accounts Chamber

People’s Deputy from the European Solidarity faction Nina Yuzhanina calculated that the new salaries of the Accounting Chamber’s management will reach half a million hryvnia per month.

This decision, voted by the deputies of the mono-majority and their political partners, against the backdrop of the catastrophic underfunding of the needs of the front, is outrageous, the deputy notes on social networks.

“I decided to put the question in a separate message: yes, and what salary amount for the Chairman and members of the Accounts Chamber was proposed by the members of the budget committee (let me remind you, at the suggestion of the people’s deputy Kubit Yu.M.). So, paragraph 2 of Article 24 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Accounts Chamber” of able-bodied persons as of January 1 of the calendar year: Chairman of the Accounts Chamber – 55; Deputy Chairman of the Accounts Chamber – 50; another member of the Accounts Chamber – 48.

“Also, employees of the Accounts Chamber are paid a MONTHLY SUPPLEMENT for length of service in the amount of: if they have work experience (from 15% to 80%), I consider the average amount to be 50%, and then – to the salary PLUS from UAH 83,270 to UAH 72,672”, -.

In addition, employees of the Accounts Chamber are paid a monthly supplement for work that provides access to state secrets (10% or 5%) and then – to the salary plus up to UAH 6,654. Another increasing coefficient is 1.2 (but in 2025 it will not be applied). In addition, there are allowances for intensity, bonuses and financial assistance. In general, according to Yuzhanina’s calculations, the heads of the Accounts Chamber can receive up to half a million hryvnias monthly.

“I am ashamed of these figures, especially in comparison with the highest paid military personnel. I do not want to receive inside information that correspondents so often use, the only thing I know for sure is that a salary of up to 500 thousand UAH per month (and this is true) is a robbery of the military and the budget. The question remains: who voted, who voted from under the status of civil servants, who appointed such salaries?

Previously, European Solidarity proposed to limit the salaries of civil servants so that they do not exceed the amount of payments to soldiers on the front line.
