US lifts sanctions on three Russian ships

The US has lifted sanctions on three Russian ships.

This is evidenced by a new publication by the US Treasury Department.

These are the container ships Fesco Moneron, Fesco Magadan, and Sv Nikolay, which were previously under restrictions.

The Ministry of Finance clarified that all these vessels sail under the Russian flag.

The department did not detail the reasons for this decision.

It was previously reported that the US partially lifted sanctions on Belarusian state structures after the release of political prisoners by the regime of Alexander Lukashenko.

As a reminder, two senators from different US parties plan to introduce a bill that would impose sanctions against senior Hungarian officials for obstructing support for Ukraine.
