The Venezuelan government has declared a state of emergency in the country due to the American attack.

According to The Guardian , in a statement released on Saturday morning, the Venezuelan government confirmed that the capital, Caracas, as well as the states of Miranda, La Guaira and Aragua, had been attacked.
