Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov said that Starlink devices included in the “white list” are working, and Russian terminals have already been blocked.

This is discussed in the relevant post.

“We continue to verify Starlink terminals. The first batch of terminals that were included in the “white list” are already operational,” the minister said.

It is noted that currently the “white lists” are updated once a day.

“If you have submitted your terminal for registration, but it is not working yet, it is worth waiting. This is a very large-scale process that takes time. In parallel, we are already working to ensure that the data is received for verification in real time,” the minister shared.

He reminded that civilians need to verify their Starlinks through the Central Service Center. For legal entities, the corresponding service will soon be available on the Diya portal.

“Our team, together with our partners, is promptly working through all cases. I thank the military and commanders who promptly verified their terminals. Continuity and stability of communication is critically important for the front,” added Fedorov.

Recall that the Russian occupation forces are experiencing significant problems due to the shutdown of Starlink terminals.

As reported, SpaceX, at the request of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, has implemented countermeasures in the operation of the Starlink satellite communication system in the country . Some users are already noticing temporary restrictions aimed at increasing the level of security.

On February 2, the Ukrainian government adopted a resolution to introduce a “white list” for Starlink satellite terminals. The decision stipulates that only verified and registered terminals will operate in the country, and all others will be disconnected.
