Veterans will receive new digital services in “Diya”: details

The government is updating digital services for veterans to make receiving services faster and more convenient.

In particular, a veteran’s e-certificate will now be generated automatically based on an entry in the Unified State Register of War Veterans, which is created by military units. This will allow you to use services at Diya immediately after receiving the status without waiting for paper documents.

Also, a new service will appear in the Veteran Pro section – “Data from the Veterans Register”. Users will be able to view their own information and check its relevance. At the first stage, the function will work only for viewing.

The government notes that the development of online services is part of a broader policy of supporting veterans, which involves simplifying the transition from military service to civilian life.
