Vilnius Airport Closed Due to Unknown Drone

Today, November 5, Vilnius Airport suspended operations due to the appearance of an unknown drone.

“According to current data, the temporary closure of the airport affected two flights… The impact on flights was minimal,” said Vilnius Airport spokesperson Tadas Vasiliauskas.
It is noted that the airfield suspended operations from 9:50 to 10:18 local time.
