Voting has begun on the Kyiv Digital city app to rename one of the streets in honor of the former speaker of parliament and MP from European Solidarity, Andriy Parubiy.

In particular, it is proposed to name an unnamed street located in the center of Kyiv, between Mariinsky Park and house No. 9 on Mykhailo Hrushevsky Street, after the politician.
As noted, Parubiy made a significant contribution to the development of Ukrainian parliamentarism and played a key role in organizing security during the Revolution of Dignity.
As of December 16, over 39,000 Kyiv residents had already taken part in the survey. The majority voted positively.
The survey will be open for another 12 days — until December 28.
It is worth noting that the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada supported the appeal to award Andriy Parubiy the title of Hero of Ukraine by 230 votes .
