Want to fool the TCC? The doors of the recruitment centers are open

Okay… Let’s meet the needs, demands, and whims of society. The entire society and powerful football players too!

Personally, I believe that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine must immediately address the issue of regulating the work, powers, actions of the CCC and more. To resolve once and for all in the legal field all existing disputes that lead to problems. To clearly and in an understandable language prescribe rights, obligations… and responsibility.

First . The CCC has no right to touch a person at all. Their task is to register and notify those liable for military service. That’s it! Violations are punishable. They have nothing to do on the street.

Second . Accordingly, the notification of those liable for military service should be transferred exclusively to the electronic plane. That is, through “Reserve +”. If there is a status of “father of many children”, which is confirmed by documents provided through the same application, then the person receives a deferral and this status is reinforced concrete, which is recorded in a pile of “bases”. The person loses interest from the side of the CCC and the SP.

Haven’t I forgotten anything? I hope not.

And now let’s move on to the other side of this coin.

Third . A person who has not appeared at the CCC within five days after receiving a summons in the “Reserve+” application is blocked from using bank accounts (cards), driving a car, and this person is immediately included in the police wanted list. Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs must have the full legal right to stop any person to check their documents. And right there, right on the street, their status in “Reserve+” is checked.

Especially cunning people from the “I don’t want to install that app” category are considered to be wanted by the CCC as those who received a summons and did not appear, and they are taken to the nearest CCC. If in the “Oberig” database he is considered, for example, a person who has a reservation, then they shake his hand and he calmly goes home. All other actions in relation to him are considered illegal with the corresponding consequences.

Fourth . Any attempt to interfere with the work of police officers is a criminal offense. From five years. That is… All the smart guys shouting “Why are you touching him… leave him alone… go catch the deputies better”, can easily get themselves into problems of a non-heterogeneous scale if they start to interfere with police officers in the performance of their legal duties with their actions. Actions such as those that occurred in Volyn are interpreted as an attack on police officers with a corresponding reaction from them.

Do you want to fool the CCK? No questions asked. The doors of the recruiting centers are open. But the country must have the following categories of conscripts: reserved, those who have a deferment on legal grounds, those who are generally unfit, and those who evade mobilization with all the appropriate “buns.”

As a reminder, the Reserve+ application now offers the opportunity to sign up for territorial recruitment and social support centers via an electronic queue. Now, military conscripts, conscripts, and reservists can choose the date and time of their visit to the CCC in advance directly in the application. All it takes is a few clicks on your smartphone.
