Warmer temperatures are expected in Ukraine on Monday, February 23, but the weather will remain damp and windy. Rain and sleet are forecast for most regions.

Rain and sleet in most regions
According to the forecast, rain and sleet are expected in most regions of Ukraine. Meanwhile, in the eastern regions, cloudiness will be low, but no significant precipitation will occur.
Storm gusts of wind
Southwesterly winds will be quite strong. Gusts of up to 15–20 m/s are possible in the west, north, and central regions. Winds will be moderate in the south and east.
Air temperature
At night, temperatures will fluctuate between -3 and +3 degrees, and in some eastern regions they will drop to -9.
During the day on February 23, temperatures are expected to range from -1 to +4 degrees, with the air warming up to +8 in the south and west.
Weather in Kyiv
The capital will be windy and humid. A weather front will bring sleet and rain. Temperatures will hover around 0°C overnight, with daytime highs ranging from 1°C to 3°C.
According to weather forecasters, warmer weather will persist in Ukraine throughout the week, but with occasional precipitation and gusty winds.
