Water supply cut off in Rostov region after drone attack

In the city of Krasny Sulin in the Rostov region, the water supply was completely cut off to put out a fire at an oil depot hit by drones.

This was reported by Russian media.

It is noted that local utilities have announced a water supply shutdown in the city, as additional water is needed to extinguish a fire in neighboring Novoshakhtynsk.

Local residents were assured that water would be delivered “upon request.”

“Water supply will be restored after filling the tanks to the required level and pressing the water main,” informed the Minister of Housing and Utilities of the Rostov Region Antonina Pshenichna.

They promised to connect the residents of Krasny Sulin to the water supply by 8 p.m. on August 23.

As a reminder, on the night of August 21 , an explosion and a fire broke out at a local oil refinery in the city of Novoshakhtinsk .
