Russia is conducting the second phase of its winter operation to strike critical infrastructure in Ukrainian regions.

This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

According to him, current targets for Russian attacks are water supplies, reservoirs, dams, logistics, etc.

“Russia’s plans are clear, but now we are stronger than in the winter. We need to fight for funding,” Zelenskyy stressed.

The President explained that the funding will allow for increased protection of the skies over Ukraine. He assured that the technologies for this already exist.

In particular, Ukrainian specialists will be able to produce two thousand interceptor drones per day, if there are funds for this.

As a reminder, Zelenskyy reported that the Russian side is preparing an operation against water supply systems in Ukraine.

It was previously reported that the Russians have likely chosen new targets for air strikes in Ukraine, shifting the priority from energy facilities to logistics and water infrastructure.
