The head of the GUR, Kirill Budanov, said that some international partners had asked Ukraine to refrain from striking Russian oil refineries. The reason for this was the global increase in energy prices against the backdrop of the war in the Middle East.
This is reported by Bloomberg .
According to Kyrylo Budanov, Ukraine received relevant signals from partners, but he did not disclose the details of such appeals.
“I will answer this diplomatically: we are receiving some signals about this,” said Kirill Budanov.
He noted that these appeals are related to the rise in oil and fuel prices caused by the war in the Middle East.

“I am optimistic that the war in the Middle East will end relatively soon,” said Kirill Budanov.
