Mid-November will bring a sharp change in weather conditions for Ukrainians: after a brief warming, the country will again be covered by a cold snap and possible precipitation.
This is reported by weather forecaster Natalka Didenko.
According to her, on Friday and Saturday the temperature in most regions will rise slightly, but a new cold front is expected on Sunday. At the beginning of next week, another warming is possible, and on November 19, forecasters predict a noticeable decrease in temperature: frost in places at night, up to +4…+6 °C during the day. Wet snow is possible in the western, northern and central regions.
On Thursday, November 14, cloudy but mostly dry weather will prevail in Ukraine. In the West, daytime temperatures are expected to be around +11…+14 °C, in the central and eastern regions — up to +12 °C.
Forecasters are warning of gusty southwest winds of 7–14 m/s, which will increase by the end of the week. Meteorologists advise to be especially careful near tall buildings and trees.
No precipitation is forecast in Kyiv on Thursday, the daytime temperature will be around +10°C, but strong winds are expected.
In the coming days, Ukrainians will experience rapid temperature changes, and some regions will see the first wet snow of the season.
