Employees of strategically important enterprises that ensure the functioning of critical sectors of the economy may be reserved from mobilization. However, if such an employee is wanted by a territorial procurement center (TCC), he must first be removed from the wanted list and only then submit documents for reservation.
This was reported by lawyer Vladyslav Derii in a publication on the portal “Yuristy.UA”.
According to him, although formally it is possible to remove a person from the wanted list without a physical presence at the CCC, in practice this turns out to be a rather difficult task.
“To try to resolve this issue remotely, you can send a registered letter to the CCC where you are registered, with a request to exclude your unlawful inclusion in the ‘Oberig’ registry,” explains Derii.
The lawyer adds that in some cases, a wanted notice may be erroneous, for example, due to a technical error or misunderstanding. However, even in such circumstances, resolving the issue remotely is rarely simple.
“Often, instead of removing a person from the wanted list, they send a new summons or simply refuse to grant the request,” the lawyer warns.
Therefore, the lawyer advises to be prepared for the fact that the procedure may be delayed, and to resolve it, you may still have to appear in person at the CCC.
Let us remind you that men who have reservations have the right to travel abroad – both on business trips and on vacation.
As reported, on July 15, the Verkhovna Rada extended martial law and general mobilization in Ukraine . The decision will come into effect on August 7 and will last for 90 days, until November 5.
