What’s happening at the front: the hottest areas and Russian losses

Over the past 24 hours, the Russian army has lost 1,470 soldiers, 51 artillery systems, over 1,400 drones, and hundreds of other pieces of equipment. At the same time, 264 combat clashes were recorded at the front.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the military, during the day the Russian Federation carried out 73 air strikes and dropped 238 guided bombs .

Russian troops also used 8,985 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,468 attacks on Ukrainian military positions and settlements. Of these, 51 were from multiple launch rocket systems.

Ukrainian aviation, missile forces, and artillery struck the enemy’s manpower concentration area, artillery system, and UAV launch pad.

The largest number of attacks was recorded in the Pokrovske direction – 36 , where Russian troops tried to advance towards Belozerske, Chernihivka, Novy Donbas, Vilne, Hannivka and other settlements.

There were 32 attacks in the Kostyantynivka direction . The Russians advanced in the Kostyantynivka area and towards Novoselivka, Osykovye, Mykolaipyl, Novopavlivka, Raiske, Toretske, Gruzke, Volodymyrivka, and Mayak.

In the Lymansky direction, the Defense Forces repelled 13 attacks, in Kupyansky – 12, and in Yuzhno-Slobozhansky – 11.

In the Hulyaipil direction , Russian troops attacked eight times, in the Oleksandrivske direction – five times, and in the Orikhivske direction – three times.

No assault operations were recorded in the Kramatorsk and Prydniprovsk directions.

During the day, the Russian Federation suffered 1,470 military casualties.

The Defense Forces also neutralized:

• 2 tanks
• 6 armored combat vehicles
• 51 artillery systems
• 4 MLRS
• 2 air defense systems
• 3 ground robotic complexes
• 1416 UAVs
• 553 units of automotive equipment
• 3 units of special equipment

The total losses of the Russian army since the start of the full-scale invasion, according to the General Staff, have exceeded 1.554 million military personnel .
