When to expect magnetic storms in September: exact dates revealed

In September, the Earth will be covered by several powerful magnetic storms. Increased geomagnetic activity is expected at the beginning of the month.

Analysts note that solar activity will cause a powerful magnetic storm in early September. It will begin on the 4th. Geomagnetic activity will last until September 10, with the peak impact occurring on September 5 with a red level of danger.

The next magnetic storm will begin on September 15 and last until September 20. It will hit hardest at the beginning with a red danger level.

How to protect your health during magnetic storms

During magnetic exposure, experts advise to spend more time outdoors. In addition, it is useful to do the following:

• drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day;
• eat more foods with high fiber content;
• sleep 7–8 hours;
• avoid stress.
