Experts predict that power will return to Ukrainian homes within the next two to three hours.
This is stated in the message of the Ministry of Energy.
“Regarding the situation in the power system and the use of emergency power outages. At the command of NPC Ukrenergo, EMERGENCY power outages have been applied in Kyiv, Zhytomyr, and Kharkiv regions,” the message says.
According to experts’ forecasts, power supply will be restored within the next 2-3 hours.
It should be noted that on January 31, a system failure occurred in the Ukrainian power system, which left a significant part of Ukraine without power .
In particular, in Kyiv, train traffic and escalators were temporarily suspended due to a power outage in the metro .
