Where in Ukraine are the most fines from the CCC: interesting data has emerged

The CCC opened more than 28 thousand proceedings for violations of military accounting rules in 2025.

Every month, more than 4,000 new proceedings were opened in Ukraine. April was a record in 2025 — 5,682 fines. Every fifth proceeding was closed.

A new “record” was set in the Chernihiv region, where 8 cases were opened against one man – 5 in April, and another 3 in early June.

“Almost all proceedings concern men: currently, only 46 proceedings have been opened against women, which is 0.16% of the total. Most often, the CCC opens proceedings against men aged 25 to 45 — 82%,” Opendatabot noted.

The leader in the number of fines from the CCC is Kyiv, where 3,835 proceedings have been initiated since the beginning of 2025. Subsequently, the following follow:

• Dnipropetrovsk region – 2,984 proceedings;
• Sumy region – 2,464 proceedings;
• Odesa region – 2,438 proceedings;
• Kharkiv region – 2,151 proceedings.

A total of nine regions already have more than a thousand cases. In Kyiv itself, the Podolsk CCC has become the most active – 1,100 proceedings in the first half of 2025 alone.

Earlier, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, announced changes in the work of the CCC and the Joint Commission. He noted that inspections are already being conducted there and commissions are working .
