The Wildberries marketplace did not stop selling goods for the Russian military after the revelation, but only made them less visible on the site. The Center for Countering Disinformation stated that this indicates continued support for the Russian military machine.

In particular, body armor and helmets are now placed in the “Sports” section, and FPV drones and their components are among the equipment. In addition, you can still find army first-aid kits, walkie-talkies, tactical backpacks, chevrons, and flags by searching.

The Center for Countering Disinformation emphasized that such actions are an attempt to hide the sale of military goods, not a refusal to sell them.

“Such tactics of blinding the eyes show that Wildberries does not refuse to support the Russian military machine,” the CPD noted.

The Center also recalled that it had previously reported how the marketplace helps supply the Russian army and helps circumvent international sanctions.
