Will be able to launch 800 drones in an evening: expert warns of increased Russian attacks

Russia is building a new Shahed production plant that will allow them to launch up to 800 drones into Ukraine in a single strike.

This was stated in an interview with UNIAN by Sergey “Flash” Beskrestnov, a specialist in the field of electronic warfare and electronic intelligence.

“According to my information, the Russians are building another plant. And nothing prevents them from scaling up the production of “Shahed”. They have established technological processes, they have where to buy components, where to hire personnel, where to get premises for all this,” noted Sergey “Flash”.

He added that Russia is capable of producing “Shahed” twice or three times more.

“If in the future we see the number of “Shahed” attacks not 300-400 per evening, but 800, then this will be a big problem and we must be prepared for it in advance. And everything is going to be fine.”

In view of this, he called for accelerating the creation of an effective countermeasure and scaling it up across the country.

It is worth noting that earlier the Russians first used the “Shahed” kamikaze drone with a built-in camera, an artificial intelligence module with machine vision, and a direct radio control system from Russian territory .

As reported, the Russian military is actively modernizing drones and missiles for combined strikes on the territory of Ukraine, using simulators in particular, and is also strengthening countermeasures against electronic warfare . However, the Ukrainian air defense forces are not lagging behind and are successfully developing relevant technologies.
