Will the “Strange Wonders” series finale be two hours long? The show’s creators have revealed the details.

Rumors recently began circulating online that episodes of the fifth season of the series “Strange Wonders” would last an hour and a half or more, but this information turned out to be somewhat exaggerated.
In particular, show co-creator Ross Duffer posted the exact runtimes of the first four episodes of the final season on his Instagram. The premiere episode, titled “The Crawl,” will be 1 hour and 8 minutes long, the second episode (titled “The Turnbow Trap”) will be 54 minutes long, the third (titled “The Turnbow Trap”) will be 1 hour and 6 minutes long, and the fourth (titled “Sorcerer”) will be 1 hour and 23 minutes long.
According to Variety, the creators thus refuted recent viral reports and a Puck News article that claimed all episodes would last between 90 minutes and two hours.
It should be noted that, compared to previous seasons, the fourth season significantly expanded its running time: most episodes lasted over 70 minutes, and the finale reached 2 hours and 22 minutes.
This time, Netflix will split the fifth season into three parts. The first four episodes will premiere on November 26, the next three will arrive on Christmas Day, and the finale will follow on December 31.
