“Winter Fairytale”: 30 centimeters of snow fell overnight at the Transcarpathian resort “Dragobrat”

On the night of October 28, dozens of centimeters of snow fell at the famous Transcarpathian resort of Dragobrat.
Local publications write about this.
The released videos show snow-covered trees and roofs of houses. According to local residents, in some places the level of snow that fell overnight reaches 30 centimeters.
It is noted that snow also fell in Bukovel and on Mount Pip Ivan.
In addition, the air temperature there dropped to -3°C.
However, rescuers warned that snowfall is expected in the mountains on October 29.
“In the highlands, wind gusts of 15-20 m/s and accumulation of wet snow (level I of danger, yellow),” the State Emergency Service added.
As a reminder, weather forecaster Natalka Didenko reported that on October 29 , damp and cool weather with periodic rains and fog will prevail in Ukraine .
