Ukrainian company Contra Drone presented a comprehensive system for countering enemy UAVs, which combines 20 defense solutions. The latest developments were tested during the closed field event Demo Day.

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the presentation of the Contra Drone company.

The main novelty was the automated mini-air defense system MADS (Mini Air Defense System).

It is designed to detect, track, and intercept small aerial targets — FPV drones, quadcopters, and aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles that travel at speeds up to 300 km/h.

The system is capable of operating in fully automatic mode and destroying targets at ranges and altitudes of up to 1,000 meters in all weather conditions without operator intervention.

In addition, the complex’s interceptor missiles can be equipped with a fragmentation, thermobaric or mesh warhead.

The SPECTRE electronic reconnaissance complex, compact SENSE-3 and SENSE-4 FPV drone detectors, as well as the CD-T15 all-weather radar system capable of simultaneously tracking over 300 aerial objects at a distance of up to 22 km were also presented to military and international partners.

The second part of the demonstration was dedicated to the protection of servicemen on the front line.

In particular, we tested the D-JACK device, which automatically detects remote controls with the ELRS protocol and performs targeted radio-electronic interference on them.

The developers also demonstrated a mobile system in the form of a backpack Contra-drone Anti-FPV BackPack 3, which creates a personal protective dome while moving, an Anti-Mavic mast complex, and special protective clothing made of Rip-Stop fabric that protects electronic warfare operators from electromagnetic radiation.

To protect infrastructure and logistics, the company also presented automotive and stationary systems. Among them are the directional complex “Phantom”, the universal complex “Boombox”, and the concealed installation system “NATSPOL”, designed for integration into civilian vehicles.

At the end of the event, the organizers demonstrated the Peace Duck, a high-speed autonomous interceptor drone equipped with artificial intelligence.

The drone is capable of independently, without the participation of an operator at the final stage of the flight, destroying Russian reconnaissance UAVs of the “Orlan” and ZALA types.

In addition, the company introduced a line of Yell Duck FPV attack drones, Blackwing and Black Goose unmanned wingsuits capable of operating in GPS-free conditions, as well as the Nyvexa ground-based logistics EW platform.

The culmination of the event was the practical interception of an aerial target in real time.

Commercial Director of Fly Group Ukraine Maksym Matskulyak noted that the advantage on the battlefield is provided by the ability to integrate various technologies into a single system that quickly detects threats, analyzes them, and provides effective countermeasures.

It was previously reported that Fire Point presented the FP-7 and FP-9 ballistic missiles at the Eurosatory 2026 international arms exhibition in Paris . The Ukrainian guided aerial bomb “Equalizer” was also demonstrated there for the first time.
