Yermak’s bail was paid in full.
Under the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, the full bail amount—140 million hryvnia—was posted.
This was reported by the press service of the High Anti-Corruption Court , and was also confirmed by Yermak’s lawyer.
Once payment is confirmed, the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) must issue a corresponding certificate confirming the bail has been paid. Based on this, Yermak should be released from the pretrial detention facility.
As a reminder, on Thursday, May 14, the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine ordered former head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak to remain in custody with the option of posting bail in the amount of UAH 140 million .
