Zelenskyy Unveils Fresh Sanctions Arsenal to Tighten the Noose on Russia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that he has agreed on several new sanctions packages against Russia.
He said this in an evening video address.
“Russia does not take into account the loss of human lives. They block all information about their casualties, but they cannot block objective reality—what the Russian economy is experiencing, how Russian enterprises are halting operations, and how Russian logistics are suffering losses,” Zelenskyy noted.
According to him, sanctions can work exactly as Ukraine needs them to. The president added that he has agreed to new sanctions packages against Russia.
“There will be appropriate decisions soon,” he assured.
Recently, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that he had imposed sanctions against the captains of the Russian shadow fleet.
By the way, on Sunday, July 27, Volodymyr Zelenskyy put into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council to impose sanctions on individuals and legal entities associated with the Russian Federation.
