Zelensky: Ukraine’s goal is to integrate the Air Force with NATO

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine’s goal is to fully integrate the Air Force with NATO forces.
He said this in a video message.
According to him, this will provide more opportunities for defense and at the same time make Ukraine an even stronger part of Europe’s defense.
The president also informed that on August 3, the next stages of combat aviation development, new platforms, and new steps in integrating Ukrainian forces with partner troops were approved.
In addition, as Zelensky noted, he attended and held a meeting on the development strategy of the Air Force. In particular, it identified priorities in the integration of foreign equipment into the Defense Forces, as well as the training of personnel for its use.
Recall that on August 3, President Volodymyr Zelensky appointed Lieutenant General Anatoly Krivonozhko as Commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine .
