Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree introducing three packages of sanctions against individuals who help Russia.
He said this in a video message.
In particular, the restrictions include propagandists, individuals who do business in the occupied territory and contribute to the Russian budget, and those who destabilize Moldova in the interests of the Kremlin.
“Ukraine is helping Moldova, and we are interested in the stability of our neighbor – in the success of Moldova,” Zelenskyy emphasized.
In addition, the president announced that Ukraine is synchronizing the 19th package of sanctions against the Russian Federation with Europe.
Recall, on Friday, September 19, the European Commission officially approved a new, 19th package of sanctions against the Russian Federation.
As it became known, the European Union seeks to abandon the purchase of Russian liquefied natural gas earlier than planned within the framework of the 19th package of sanctions against the Russian Federation.
