President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Monday, January 12, made personnel changes in the leadership of the Volyn and Ternopil regions.

This is stated in the decrees published on the website of the head of state.

Zelensky has dismissed the head of the Volyn Regional State Administration, Ivan Rudnytsky. The document states that the dismissal took place in accordance with his application. At the same time, the president appointed Rudnytsky as deputy head of the Security Service of Ukraine.

Roman Romanyuk will temporarily act as the head of the Volyn Regional State Administration.

In addition, the president appointed a new head of the Ternopil Regional State Administration. Taras Pastukh became the head of the region.

It was previously reported that the head of the Volyn Regional Military Administration, Ivan Rudnytskyi, is moving to the position of Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine.

As a reminder, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Digital Transformation supported the resignation of Mykhailo Fedorov from the position of First Deputy Prime Minister.
