Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that security guarantees for Ukraine and territorial issues will be key topics during his planned meeting with US President Donald Trump.
Answering journalists’ questions, Zelensky noted that the Ukrainian and American teams had worked effectively and had already prepared the first drafts of several documents.
According to him, the meeting with Trump is scheduled for Sunday, December 28, in Florida.
The President emphasized that some issues could be discussed at the level of state leaders. Specifically, this concerns a set of documents on security guarantees, which Ukraine seeks to consider comprehensively.
The parties also plan to address economic cooperation. For now, according to Zelenskyy, the developments are basic, but they include several separate agreements that require agreement on a common direction.
The President specifically emphasized that all issues where disagreements exist between the parties, including territorial aspects, would be discussed during the meeting.

As a reminder, US President Donald Trump is convinced that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin does not seek peace and ultimately intends to seize all of Ukraine.
