Zelenskyy to speak at the UN General Assembly and the Crimean Platform Summit

On Wednesday, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will address world leaders from the rostrum of the UN General Assembly, and will also participate in the 5th Summit of the Crimean Platform, which will be held at the United Nations headquarters.
The Ukrainian president’s speech at the general debate is expected at 4:15 p.m. Kyiv time (9:15 a.m. Eastern time), Ukrinform reports . A number of bilateral meetings of the head of state are also planned throughout the day.
The program includes leaders from Spain, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Argentina, Serbia, Croatia, Cyprus, Syria, Iran, Slovakia, Albania, as well as countries from the Global South.
The Crimean Platform Summit will begin at 8:00 p.m. Kyiv time. The First Ladies and Gentlemen Summit will also be held in New York, with Olena Zelenska participating.
As a reminder, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with American leader Donald Trump on September 23, approximately at 8:00 p.m.
As reported, Zelensky informed Trump about the successes on the front . In particular, according to him, within several months the Defense Forces managed to de-occupy 360 square kilometers and capture about a thousand Russian soldiers.
