On July 7-8, the NATO summit will be held in the Turkish capital, Ankara, with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy attending.

According to European Pravda, the summit program on July 7 will begin at 10:00 AM with the Defense Industry Forum. The event will bring together officials from NATO member and partner countries, defense industry representatives, and the expert community to discuss key issues in the development of defense technologies and innovation.

A brief statement by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and the President of Ukraine is scheduled for 2:00 PM local time. Volodymyr Zelenskyy will lead the Ukrainian delegation at the summit.

In the evening, an official reception and dinner will be held for the heads of state and government, along with their spouses, which will also be attended by the Ukrainian president. A meeting of the Ukraine-NATO Council at the level of foreign ministers is also scheduled for 7:45 PM.

On July 8, official ceremonies will be held to welcome the leaders of the Alliance member states, with the participation of NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

The North Atlantic Council meeting at the level of heads of state and government will begin at 11:15, after which Mark Rutte will hold a final press conference and announce the results of the summit.

It was previously reported that NATO countries are preparing to announce new decisions on support for Ukraine . At the Alliance summit, scheduled for July 7-8 in Ankara, allies may agree on new defense contracts, increased weapons production, and an extension of military aid to Kyiv.
