Every third Russian “Bucha headsmen” fought in Syria — “Investigation.Info” reports

In fact, every third Russian soldier from the 155th Marine Brigade of the Russian Pacific Navy, who is involved in the torture of Ukrainians in the previously captured Bucha, has fought in Syria, on the side of Bashar al-Assad’s regime.

This is stated in the journalists’ investigation“ – Investigation. info.

According to Ukrainian intelligence, it was the members of the 155th Brigade who occupied Bucha, Irpin, and Gostomel in the Kyiv region, where they left hundreds of killed civilian Ukrainians.

Having processed the previously published list of the 155th Pacific Brigade by the General Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the journalists discovered that these occupiers had previously fought in Syria.

These lists contain the names and personal data of 82 Russian military personnel from this military formation. At least 24 of them were participants in the Syrian war, where Russia assisted the criminal regime of Bashar al-Assad.

It means, that, on average, every third marine of the Russian Pacific Fleet, whose data is on the intelligence list, fought in Syria. The remaining occupiers could not participate in the Syrian war because of their age, they were still in school or schools at the time. The majority of people on the list were born in 1998-2002.

Journalists reminded, that in 2015, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin sent about 4,000 soldiers to support the Assad regime. There, Russian troops were distinguished by the bombing of civilians, civilian objects, the use of phosphorus bombs, and chemical weapons in densely populated regions.

As we already know, the Ukrainian army completely liberated the Kyiv region from Russian troops. Heavy fighting has been going on in Bucha for the past four weeks. As Ukraine regained control of the capital outskirts, journalists entered the region and released footage of what Bucha turned into: roads and sidewalks filled with corpses of people and animals, traces of torture on unarmed civilians, raped women and children, remainings that used to be equipment, burnt, destroyed houses.

Subsequently, the Main Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine received a list of 64 servicemen of the Motorized Rifle Brigade who committed war crimes against the people of Ukraine in Bucha.
