Russian militaries kidnap and kill mayors of the Ukrainian cities – Zelenskyy

Some of the Ukrainian mayors that had been captured by occupiers previously were found dead. Besides, occupying troops of the Russia Federation replace heads of settlements and put theirs in the chairs.

The president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy told about this in the interview to The Economist.

‘They kidnap mayors of our cities. They killed some of them. We can`t find some of them. We have already found some of them, and they are dead. And some of them were replaced’, – Zelenskyy emphasized.

Moreover, according to the president, Russian army uses methods, which were being used in the Donbass in 2014.
