The occupiers are turning Mariupol into a ghetto: civilians are being forced to wear white ribbons to “lure” for snipers – the mayor’s adviser

In Mariupol, the Russian occupiers forces civilians to wear a white ribbon which is hostile symbol. Thus, occupiers want to turn people into “lure” for the Ukrainian snipers.

The adviser to the mayor of Mariupol Petro Andryushchenko reported about this.

“It’s danger for residents. Occupiers encourage the Mariupol people to wear a white ribbon as a sign “ours”. In fact, in this way the Russians again use civilians to “lure” snipers and militaries from our army. Because this sign is used by the Russian army and can be confused with a real enemy by our militaries. Cynicism in everything”, it is said in the message.

In addition, according to Andryushchenko’s information, the occupiers are introducing special permits – permits to move around the city.

“In a heap with special marks “ours”, all this is reminiscent of the real segregation and transformation of Mariupol into a real ghetto for Ukrainians behind the trail of the Nazis in Lviv and Poland. It doesn’t surprise anymore”, the mayor’s adviser emphasized.
