The Russian occupiers captured 24 representatives of local authorities and state institutions. Information regarding two more people is being specified.

It is reported that, according to the Office of the President, among the 24 kidnapped are city and village chairmen, their deputies, and other representatives of state institutions.

“These are people who are still in captivity,” the Office of the President noted.
