The investigation required false evidence against Petro Poroshenko – Kuziara about the “cole case”

Businessman Sergiy Kuziara said that a “coal case” against Petro Poroshenko is an open manipulation with facts and trial had required from him any, even false pieces of evidence against the fifth president.
He has told about it in “Ekonomichna Pravda”.
“There are several contracts, which appear in this case. One of them is related to the coal supply from South Africa. According to detectives, Poroshenko made give up on these supplies, which has led to addiction from Russia. “DNR and LNR” Foolish! I do not understand, at all, how they went to give reasonable suspicion to Poroshenko. There is an open manipulation with facts. The trial came up with a “criminal group” from me, Poroshenko, Medvedchuk and Demchyshyn”, – said Sergiy Kuziara
The businessman also told that the trial had offered him a contract “freedom in return for evidence”, required to slander on Poroshenko. Detectives openly stated that they were the most interested in politician.
“ Nobody even shamed. They said that had been interested in Poroshenko the most. They wanted any information, which could connect him with this case. For this reason, they not just offered, but pressured me. This evidence was the main goal to “close” me, but I explained, that had discussed nobody”, – said Sergiy Kuziara
Let us recall. that a diplomat Kostyantyn Eliseev Office of Zelensky blocks a Petro Poroshenko`s visit to the NATO-Ukraine Council meeting. On the other hand, the deputy from OPZZH was included there.
It is a famous fact, that on the 19th of January Pechersky court chose a preventive measure for the fifth president and a leader of “European Solidarity” Petro Poroshenko as a personal measure. He has to visit interrogations till the 19h of March, hand in a foreign passport, and does not have to go outside Kyiv without the allowance of a prosecutor or detective.
Earlier, the Pechersky court had arrested the property of the fifth president and leader of “European Solidarity” Petro Poroshenko.
