Dozens of houses, a school and an oil depot burned in Luhansk region due to occupiers’ shelling
On Wednesday and Thursday, March 30-31, the Russian occupiers continued shelling the Luhansk region. Dozens of houses in Severodonetsk and Lysychansk, as well as a school and an oil depots were engulfed in flames.

According to him, without taking into account yesterday’s morning shelling, 9 houses in Lysychansk caught fire from the occupiers’ shelling, 5 in Severodonetsk and a school, and 1 in Rubezhnoye. A number of houses were damaged without fires.
“The Russians are fighting with all kinds of heavy weapons. If earlier in Lysychansk people felt more or less safe, in comparison with a situation in other cities of area, yesterday, probably, there was no microdistrict where “Russian world” didn’t get, – the chairman of the Luhansk regional state administration noted.
Gaidai stressed that each of the three main parts of the settlement suffered from artillery and hail. Thus the account of the destroyed houses went on tens, as well as victims.
Two people died and two children are in critical condition. The final number of victims is still being determined.
“Already in the evening in Severodonetsk there was a fire of school, and in Lysychansk – oil storage. In order to locate the fire as soon as possible, an intensified squad of rescuers was sent there, ”Gaidai said.
According to him, during the day the Armed Forces repulsed 5 enemy attacks in Luhansk and Donetsk regions. In particular, Ukrainian defenders destroyed 10 tanks, 18 armored and 13 units of vehicles, 15 artillery systems.
Air defense units shot down 1 enemy plane, 3 enemy unmanned aerial vehicles and 1 cruise missile in the sky of Donbass.
