Disservice: How Europe is responding to illegal sanctions against Poroshenko

The Supreme Court session on the lifting of illegal “sanctions” against Petro Poroshenko… did not take place. It was reported that “the court composition is incomplete.” It is unknown when it will be postponed.
At this stage of the process, when all procedural loopholes have been exhausted and the absence of any grounds for “sanctions” is obvious, such behavior may indicate pressure “from above.”
They mention the name of the deputy head of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, Iryna Mudra. Some kind of surprise: judicial reform is in… stagnation, the European Commission is writing angry letters, law enforcement agencies are being rebooted and rebooted… and Mudra, apparently, wants to earn favor by “pressing Poroshenko.”
Very useless.
A disservice.
Europe is drawing its own conclusions, and such tricks strengthen our opponents.
The ECHR decision on mandatory justification of sanctions needs to be implemented – otherwise the entire sanctions system is in question.
After all, the issue of justice and the rule of law is extremely important not only for Europeans, but also for Ukrainians.
But they act “wisely”, they “never think strategically”… or they don’t let Portnov’s laurels sleep.
But they are so in vain. Poroshenko’s appeal regarding the illegality of sanctions was taken to the ECHR for consideration. If there is a decision there, everyone involved in the illegal “sanctions” and the delay in their cancellation will be held accountable. In particular, with their own pockets.
So don’t put yourself or your leader in the spotlight.
