In Kyiv, patrol officers fined the driver of a mobile fire team for speeding while driving to a position to shoot down Russian drones.

This was reported in “Korrespondent” with reference to DTP.Kyiv.ua.

It is noted that patrol officers fined a driver for speeding on Brovarskyi Avenue. This involved a mobile fire group of the 112th TRO brigade, which was on its way to a combat position, as drones were already flying from the Chernihiv region.

“The speed of the car on Brovarsky Avenue was 79 km. They tried to explain to the police officer that they were going to shoot down the “shaheeds” and that there was a combat order, the entire mobile group. They were in a car marked with the brigade’s chevrons. The lieutenant said that they would have to wait because he had to arrange everything correctly,” the community post says.

It is noted that when asked to go with the military, the law enforcement officer replied that no relevant orders had been received from the leadership.

So far, neither the military nor law enforcement have publicly commented on the situation.
