U.S. President Donald Trump has sharply intensified his rhetoric toward Iran, calling for its “unconditional surrender” and asserting that the United States has complete control over Iranian airspace.
He wrote about this on his social network Truth Social.
In his remarks, U.S. President Donald Trump claimed that American intelligence knows the exact location of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. However, he emphasized that the United States currently has no plans to eliminate him.
“He’s an easy target, but he’s safe there. We’re not going to kill him — at least not yet,” Trump said.
At the same time, he issued a warning to Tehran’s leadership against further hostile actions, stating that the U.S. “does not want missiles flying at civilians or American military personnel.” According to Trump, Washington’s patience is wearing thin.
The former president placed particular emphasis on America’s air superiority. He acknowledged Iran’s air defense capabilities but claimed they are no match for modern American technology.
“Iran had a good air surveillance and defense system. But it’s nothing compared to what America has developed. No one does it better than the good old USA,” Trump wrote.
He went on to assert that the United States now maintains “complete and total control over Iran’s skies” — a factor he said should compel the Iranian regime to surrender unconditionally.
Trump also stated unequivocally that Washington has not initiated any peace talks with Iran and has no plans to do so.
“We have not reached out to Iran for peace. They know how to contact us. But right now, I’m less interested in negotiations than ever,” he said.
Moreover, the head of the White House clearly outlined the goal – the complete surrender of Tehran. He suggested that it could happen shortly if the Iranian leadership realizes the reality of the situation.
After returning from the G7 summit, Donald Trump arrived in Washington early and held an urgent meeting with his national security team.
According to Axios, the discussion focused on the worsening situation in the Middle East, particularly the escalating tensions between Iran and Israel. Details of the meeting were not disclosed, but its very occurrence underscores the seriousness of the White House’s intentions
Recall that on the night of Friday, June 13, the Israeli army launched a large-scale operation against Iran and massively attacked nuclear and military facilities.
As reported, more than 70 people were killed in an airstrike carried out by Israel on the Iranian capital, Tehran.
In addition, as a result of the Iranian attack on Israel on June 14, a family of Ukrainians from Odessa died.
By the way, US President Donald Trump said that Iran is ready to de-escalate the situation amid the escalating conflict with Israel.
