On June 25, reports began to appear online about emergency power outages being introduced on the left bank of Kyiv. It is known that voltage drops were recorded in some areas of the capital.
Head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachenko, commented on the energy supply situation in the capital.
“Kyiv residents, there are currently technical issues in the operation of the power system. In Kyiv (especially on the left bank), unscheduled outages have been applied,” noted Timur Tkachenko.
He emphasized that more information should be expected from official sources from DTEK and Ukrenergo.
In particular, he emphasized that work on setting up networks is continuing as quickly as possible.
“We have the best specialists, our energy engineers are super specialists,” he adds.
It was previously reported that emergency power outages have been introduced on the left bank of Kyiv.
Ukraine may also face power outages of up to five hours in the event of new massive Russian strikes on the energy sector. At the same time, without large-scale attacks, the energy system should go through the summer period without significant restrictions for consumers.
