The time of military superpowers is over: what next?

Russia-Muscovy – the world’s largest nuclear power – has not been able to reach the borders of the Ukrainian Donetsk region for over 12 years.
The United States of America – the world’s most powerful nuclear power – has lost more than half of its wars since World War II, and now has every chance of leaving Iran without overthrowing the local regime.
Israel, the most powerful army in the Middle East, has not been able to take control of the Gaza Strip, which is smaller than Kharkiv, Ukraine, in two years of war.
It seems that we can finally put an end to the mythical concept of “military superpowers” because they have proven incapable of waging aggressive wars in modern conditions.
More precisely, there are wars, there is a lot of destruction, there are deaths too. However, the main goals of wars remain unattainable. Therefore, classic military aggression loses its meaning.
The formal superiority of superpowers in weapons is no longer decisive. Instead, it is decided by:
a) willingness to die in infantry ground operations;
b) relatively cheap unmanned technologies and rapid corresponding production.
The first interim conclusion is good:
– you can no longer be afraid of anyone. The main thing is to have spirit and a lot of relatively cheap unmanned technologies. I repeat – classic military aggression seems to be losing its meaning.
The second interim conclusion is bad:
– the only remaining argument of the “military superpowers” remains weapons of mass destruction, including nuclear ones. Therefore, in a hopeless situation, the risk of their use increases. But these “toys” are already possessed by too many subjects in the world, so no one will rush to open this chest.
