And about the crisis of public administration. I’ve said time and again that Ukraine’s biggest problem is the crisis of public administration.

Ukrainian-style autocracy, when five or six managers try to govern a still-vast country, leads to a predictable outcome: these managers have the resources to issue orders, but not the capacity to monitor their implementation.

It was precisely because of this lack of discipline that last winter Ukrainians were left without power and heat, while somewhere in warehouses, packed energy installations were left uninstalled on time.

Due to the governance crisis, Ukraine has already missed out on more than 3 billion euros in loans, as the deadlines for adopting laws and regulations required by the loan terms were simply missed.

And, as the CULMINATION of the INABILITY of state governance – the inability to post bail for Ermak.

It’s no secret that the order to post bail for Yermak came from the very top. But the system has degenerated so much that it doesn’t work even when the freedom of the president’s BEST FRIEND is at stake.

Moreover, the degradation was so severe that two deadlines were missed. Yermak was scheduled to be released on bail on the day of his trial. Then, when bail couldn’t be raised in one day, the goal was to raise bail on Friday so that Yermak could be released for the weekend.

Ultimately, despite orders from the very top, the second deadline was passed, and Yermak remained in pretrial detention for the weekend.

Can you imagine how other government matters are resolved if the number ONE priority matter is resolved because of the ass.

As a reminder, the NABU and SAPO have uncovered an organized group suspected of laundering 460 million hryvnias from luxury construction projects near Kyiv. One of the participants in the scheme, the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, has been charged. The suspect’s name has not been officially disclosed. However, media reports indicate that the suspect is Andriy Yermak .

It was later revealed that the High Anti-Corruption Court on May 12did not choose a preventive measure for former head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak. Defense attorney Ihor Fomin requested a postponement of the hearing, as the defense had not yet had time to review the case materials. On May 14, the court finally chose a preventive measure for Yermak—pretrial detention with the option of posting bail in the amount of 140 million hryvnias .

Meanwhile, former Presidential Administration employee Andriy Yermak, suspected of involvement in the laundering of 460 million hryvnias during the construction of an elite cottage community, remains in pretrial detention . Several people have already posted part of the former head of the Presidential Administration’s bail, but this amount is not yet sufficient to secure Yermak’s release.
